LANE GARDENS STAGE 1 EXCEEDING ALL EXPECTATIONS

Its all go on ground at Bletchley Park with the construction of Lane Gardens Stage 1 well underway. Practical Completion of this stage is expected at the end of August with Titles on track for October.

The 1.3-hectare Lane Garden park is shaping up, with landscaping works anticipated to be completed early 2016. Once complete this park will be a picturesque place to take your family, to kick the footy, to have a bbq or just enjoy the sunshine amongst the trees.

Our Display Village Launch went off with a bang when locals and Bletchley Park residents came down to enjoy the free festivities and explore the brand new village. All the kids loved the free ice-creams and animal farm and the adults got to explore the exquisite 24 home display village.

A BRAND NEW PARK…AT BLETCHLEY PARK!

You know a new Park is popular when Bletchley Park residents and kids are playing before its even finished!! That has been the case at the brand new Bletchley Park Castlewood Wetlands Park, located right next door to the Land Sales office and Display Village, on the corner of Castlewood Parkway and Didcot Street, Southern River. The good news is the Park is now finished and open for all to enjoy (except the viewing tower, which we are waiting for handrails to be installed early January – so please stay off this part for now).
