Design Guidelines
To protect Bletchley Park’s aesthetic and environmental values, design guidelines have been created to help builders of new homes comply with existing Estate Covenants. Download the ‘Design Guidelines’ document for a general overview on requirements and recommendations relating to sustainability and building appearance.
Fencing
To assist us in processing your voucher, please submit your Fencing Application at least 10-12 weeks before you require installation. If you are a builder applying on behalf of your client, please submit the application at least 10-12 weeks before key handover. To ensure smooth installation, all paving should be completed after the fencing is in place or should be laid at least one metre away from the proposed fence line.
Landscaping
To assist us in processing your voucher, please submit your Landscaping Application at least 10-12 weeks before you require installation. If you are a builder applying on behalf of your client, please submit the application at least 10-12 weeks before key handover.
